Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in procurement and 3-5 years of management experience, ideally with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics, or a similar field. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and be fluent in both English and Danish. Experience with eSourcing, contract management, or supplier relationship management software is ideal. The candidate should be energetic, resilient, adaptable, curious, and eager to learn with a structured, fact-based work approach and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the Global Source to Contract team, focusing on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty, while collaborating with the Go To Market team on customer success expansion and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring Customer Success Managers, ensuring customer perspectives are understood and addressed, managing team performance, streamlining customer interactions, acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive improvements, ensuring the team delivers value-added packages and services, identifying new sales leads and opportunities, managing churn and retention, overseeing the Success4U program, and serving as the primary contact for resolving customer complaints and addressing service or product issues.
