Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
8+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of management responsibility
Experience with Spotfire, PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of data analysts dedicated to cultivating advanced analytics tools for GMP, GCL, VSD, and BioA labs
Ensure flawless implementation of informatics solutions that streamline lab operations and improve data accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop tailored solutions
Coordinate the integration of new technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring achievements are reached on schedule and within budget
Broad knowledge of operations and application of technology in a laboratory environment
In-depth understanding of laboratory information management systems, electronic notebook systems, software development tools, and current knowledge management technologies
Apply a systematic approach to data and system requests and critically evaluate and design data management processes
Mentor and develop staff
Effectively lead and develop management staff
Maintain a client-focused, solution-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
Multitask and pay attention to detail
Understand individual staff abilities and assign work appropriately
Exercise independent judgment and decision-making
Manage strong project and time management skills
