Senior Manager - Clinical Development (Pharmacist) at CVS Health

The typical pay range for this role is $128,750.00 - $239,250.00.

This is a hybrid role, based in-office 3 days/wk with the opportunity to work from home the remaining days. Candidate must reside in commutable distance to our Buffalo Grove, IL, Pittsburgh, PA, or New York, NY office locations.

Required qualifications include a current pharmacist license, 5+ years pharmacist experience in a PBM environment, 3+ years people leadership in PBM, BCOP certification or eligibility, and in-depth knowledge of utilization management processes like prior authorization and step therapy. Key skills include managing teams in a matrixed environment, partnering with stakeholders, excellent communication, and handling complex projects.

Preferred qualifications include a PGY1 Managed Care Residency and 5+ years of people leadership.
