10+ years of IT Industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
MBA or equivalent (plus)
Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
Familiarity with headcount and demand management tools
Experience in financial planning, tracking, and reporting
Intermediate to expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strategic thinker with a high level of ownership and initiative
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as an extension of a global team
Demonstrated experience in mid-senior level stakeholder management (good to have)
Exposure to SharePoint (good to have)
Exposure to Tableau/PowerBI (plus)

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting strategic planning including headcount management, budgeting, resource allocation, and requisition management
Supporting India leadership by preparing materials for local events and assisting in the coordination of trip agendas for visiting executives
Driving alignment between global and local site strategies
Developing frameworks for tracking progress against strategic goals and initiatives
Delivering high-quality management reporting to support executive decision-making
Analyzing financial, operational, and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Creating dashboards and reports using tools like Excel
Collaborating with Global CST S&P team to manage requisitions, staffing plans, and hiring pipelines
Tracking and reporting on budget vs. actuals across travel, training, and other operational areas
Facilitating staffing vendor performance reviews and staffing strategies
Coordinating with HR and leadership to support workforce planning, leadership development, and attrition analysis
Driving initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational health
