Requirements

  • University graduate
  • An MBA or prior experience in a consulting role is beneficial
  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, project management, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology departmental leadership teams to achieve their objectives
  • Drive cultural alignment and engagement across the division and facilitate cascade of communications to teams
  • Work closely with senior leadership, business line leaders, and diverse stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning, shape department agendas, and manage enterprise initiatives
  • Develop pragmatic approaches and frameworks to drive cultural alignment and employee engagement, including supporting P&C employee engagement initiatives and facilitating cascade of department goals and communications
  • Design and integrate practices into daily work to enable leaders to focus on key improvements
  • Seek process improvements to maximize efficiency, leveraging AI where appropriate
  • Build and implement a plan for the cadence of key discussion topics at leadership meetings to drive necessary agendas
  • Ensure execution of all metrics reporting processes, including monthly/quarterly divisional reporting, coordinate with metric owners for variance explanations, and ensure remediation plans
  • Lead, facilitate, and support technology leaders in strategic planning, initiative prioritization, connecting to divisional priorities, capturing outcomes, and creating objectives; identify gaps/issues for strategic and operational success
  • In partnership with senior leaders and P&C, design, implement, lead, and facilitate employee engagement and communication strategies (e.g., Townhalls, ONTEN, Teams Bits & Bytes)
  • Lead, facilitate, and support Technology stakeholders and represent the division in metrics development and reporting, new ways of working, culture, and other enterprise projects
  • Prepare strategic documents for departmental and divisional communications and presentations
  • Support preparation of ET and Board presentation materials as needed
  • Support TPP leader with assigned projects and operational obligations
  • Develop and execute assigned initiatives to support efficiency of planning and operations
  • Design the overarching divisional communication strategy and employee engagement approach
  • Keep abreast of cultural sentiment, provide recommendations to leadership, and execute cultural initiatives/activities
  • Foster a continuous improvement and learning environment, drive performance and accountability, and maximize efficiency through AI and automation
  • Decide on key recommendations to divisional and departmental leadership on priorities and initiative implementation
