Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Over 10 years of overall experience in areas such as silicon bring up, validation, qualification, system architecture, with a significant track record in leadership and team development
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management position coordinating global, multi-functional teams throughout pre-silicon and post-silicon phases
  • Deep technical expertise in digital design, system integration, post si validation, characterization and production ramp

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning for NVIDIA’s new chip and product bring up efforts from pre-silicon through production
  • Multi-functional team collaboration includes Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives
  • Develop methodologies, processes, and workflows for post si characterization and validation of new architecture and product features
  • Build test and debug infrastructure, test equipment and automation methods to meet world class product quality efficiently
  • Incorporate learnings from bring-up execution and post-action reviews to refine processes and boost execution efficiency
  • Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics planning for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules
