Requirements

  • Ability to provide advice and support to projects ensuring EH&S considerations throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., review of appropriate documentation)
  • Capability to ensure EH&S requirement considerations for new sites (e.g., mobilisation checklist)
  • Experience promoting and managing EH&S tools like incident reporting tools, including administrative requirements, training for sites, and rolling out updates to AsiaPac region
  • Skills in ensuring incidents are reported appropriately and investigations are completed correctly
  • Proficiency in managing and leading audit programmes (audit prep, audits attendance, leading completion of post-audit actions)
  • Experience managing Driver Safety Programme (roll out and ongoing management)
  • Knowledge of managing Ergonomics Program (advice, awareness, data gathering, actions, implementation where required)
  • Ability to manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, resolve EH&S payment issues, and handle general administration in line with budget
  • Competence in conducting and/or supporting risk assessments (general, back to work, pregnancy, ergonomic) and other consultancy services to control workplace hazards
  • Experience acting as H&S Consultant for sites and managing interactions with consultants (gap assessments, risk assessments, training, programme/SOP development, ergonomic assessments, site visits, actions resolution)
  • Ability to lead EH&S drop & dial in sessions to minimise workplace EH&S issues
  • Skills in coordinating with Director to ensure performance, compliance, and improving culture across sites
  • Capability to provide advice/assistance on health and safety requirements, including audit preparation, follow-up, policies/SOPs, tracking actions, and providing updates
  • Experience preparing and updating EH&S Policies/Programmes/SOPs and distributing them
  • Ability to complete site Emergency Management plans
  • Proficiency in monitoring records of EH&S against legal requirements and Document Retention Policy
  • Skills in gathering metrics data and ensuring timely submission

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to EH&S programmes, projects, and general support, including review of project documentation and new site mobilisation checklists
  • Promote and manage the use of incident reporting tools and other EH&S tools across AsiaPac sites, including training and administrative tasks
  • Ensure incidents are reported appropriately and investigations are completed correctly
  • Manage and lead the audit programme, including prep, attendance, and post-audit actions
  • Manage the Driver Safety Programme, including roll out and ongoing management
  • Manage Ergonomics Program, including advice, awareness, data gathering, actions, and implementation where required
  • Handle purchase orders, supplier liaison, EH&S payment issue resolution, general administration, and budget alignment
  • Act as H&S Consultant for sites and support/manage interactions with consultants for gap assessments, risk assessments, training, programme/SOP development, ergonomic assessments, site visits, and actions resolution
  • Carry out risk assessments (general, back to work, pregnancy, ergonomic) as required
  • Lead EH&S drop & dial in sessions to minimise workplace EH&S issues

  • Coordinate with Director on preparing, updating, and distributing EH&S Policies/Programmes/SOPs
  • Complete site Emergency Management plans as required
  • Monitor EH&S records against legal requirements and Document Retention Policy

  • Work closely with Site Operations, HR, and IT teams to ensure EH&S compliance for the AsiaPac region
