Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Amazon & Marketplace Sales will lead commercial growth and execution across Amazon and key European marketplaces, owning the commercial relationship with Amazon Vendor Managers and AVS across the UK and EU. This role will serve as the sales lead for Amazon and Marketplaces, aligning regional strategy with business goals, and owning account plans to deliver against revenue, margin, and sell-through targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Amazon agency to ensure advertising strategy supports country-level sales objectives, leading joint business planning and promotional calendar execution, and managing catalog health, product mix, and growth initiatives. The role also involves conducting regular audits of product listings, monitoring performance across marketplaces, partnering with internal teams and agencies for go-to-market initiatives, and representing the Amazon and marketplace business in reviews.
