Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium an einer Fachhochschule (FH) oder Universität

Responsibilities

  • Definieren der strategischen Ausrichtung technischer Projekte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Entwicklungen in Fertigung, EHS, Quality, Lean, IT sowie AI
  • Beitrag zur Definition und Umsetzung der Standortstrategie
  • Entwicklung von Fertigungsstrategien und -technologien weiterentwickeln gemeinsam mit einem Team von fünf Ingenieuren und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern (z. B. Produktion, Logistik, Lean, Hochschulpartnern)
  • Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Leitung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte zusammen mit dem Team
  • Übernehmen der operativen und strategischen Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung
  • Operative Aufgaben, einschließlich Bericht des Facility Managers des Standortes direkt an Sie
