Responsibilities

Definieren der strategischen Ausrichtung technischer Projekte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Entwicklungen in Fertigung, EHS, Quality, Lean, IT sowie AI
Beitrag zur Definition und Umsetzung der Standortstrategie
Entwicklung von Fertigungsstrategien und -technologien weiterentwickeln gemeinsam mit einem Team von fünf Ingenieuren und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern (z. B. Produktion, Logistik, Lean, Hochschulpartnern)
Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Leitung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte zusammen mit dem Team
