Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of industry experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow and at least 2 years of experience as a technical lead launching and monitoring machine learning products in production environments. Proven ability to communicate complex ML concepts effectively to cross-functional, non-ML collaborators is required. Desired qualifications include a track record of research contributions with peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, a history of external academic or industry collaborations, and experience with self-supervised representation learning.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead the technical effort and define the strategic vision for developing novel biomarkers in collaboration with product, clinical development, and biostatistics teams. They will design and build AI-based biomarkers on multimodal data, architect and implement tools for the end-to-end model development lifecycle, and develop and integrate mechanistic interpretability methods. The role also involves driving publications, contributing to conference presentations, and mentoring a team of machine learning scientists and engineers.
