Requirements

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 8+ years of experience, or PhD with 5+ years in crafting, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models at scale
Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied AI
Proven success in shipping ML models to production, with measurable business impact
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, SparkML, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence product and engineering teams
A track record of mentorship and technical leadership

Responsibilities

Lead engineers and collaborate with product managers to craft, build, and implement machine learning systems that solve sophisticated business problems
Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with senior leadership and multi-functional teams to support central AI initiatives and drive innovation
Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate ML and GenAI models into Adobe products, with a focus on enabling creative and productive experiences
Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and tuning of ML systems in production environments
Mentor junior engineers and scientists, advocating for standard methodologies and a culture of experimentation and learning
Contribute to research papers, open-source initiatives, and represent Adobe at conferences and industry forums
Provide technical leadership, driving the adoption of modern ML practices and technologies
