Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives across supply chain systems
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement technologies that enhance performance, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value
  • Support the development and execution of a Deliver strategy for the NOLA cluster (Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica) aligned with global Deliver and business objectives
  • Establish operating mechanisms and performance goals
  • Standardize metrics and reporting
  • Strengthen relationships with 3PLs and internal partners
  • Drive initiatives that improve customer value across the cluster
  • Control the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement to meet customer or manufacturing requirements
  • Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions
  • Ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints to meet marketing and financial objectives
  • Build relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues
  • Integrate market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position
