Responsibilities

Create and distribute structured reporting for Supply Planning, Transportation & Compliance, Fulfillment, and the Control Tower
Build and maintain executive dashboards synthesizing volume, performance, cost, and productivity trends
Shape the visibility framework and develop data integrity standards using enterprise tools
Support project management for priority logistics initiatives, including productivity and cost-improvement efforts
Track, structure, and operationalize the Global Logistics Productivity Pipeline, including measuring project value and benefits realization
Maintain and socialize reporting on the Global Logistics Productivity Pipeline to identify opportunities, quantify headwinds, and track cost-reduction progress
Steward core operational metrics, ensuring alignment across logistics pillars
Mature the Control Tower operating model and align standards across Global Logistics
Develop and evolve logistics KPIs and align stakeholders to consistent definitions, processes, and reporting standards
Provide cost reporting (total cost, cost per unit, cost per order) to substantiate the logistics budget
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reviews with insights and recommendations
Build and enhance Tableau dashboards as strategic tools for execution
