United States Citizenship and Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or equivalent
Experience deploying and maintaining nginx
Experience with system monitoring platforms like OpenVAS, Prometheus, and Grafana
Experience with SELinux and FIPS

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and support operations and maintenance (O&M) activities of a large enclave comprised of various hardware, software, and network components including server architecture, virtual machines, managed switches, NAS, VLANs, and VPNs
Develop and carry out strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture and technology with minimal impact
Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions
Perform network administration including installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices; configuring various routing protocols; troubleshooting multi-hop connectivity, throughput, and latency; setting up firewalls
Ensure secure infrastructure and vulnerability corrections, data security, compliance, backups, and recovery
Maintain SSPs, STE/STN requirements via RMF, Netseer, SEAR logging, patching, IAVMs, McAfee, and UAM
Provide user-level support, including interacting with system-savvy developers and analysts, resolving network, computer, and virtual system issues and anomalies
Maintain enclave documentation (network diagrams, system names, IP addresses, barcodes, etc.)
Provide monthly activity reports including system outages
Lead, evolve, and maintain a dynamic, modern DevOps architecture based on open-source technology to support software developers, phased system upgrades, compliance, and improvements for availability, reliability, reduced latency, optimized performance, and security posture
