Analysis of regulated or unregulated activities, licensing requirements, applications to the SFSA
System of Governance: design, drafting, and implementation, GAP analysis
Regulatory advice in connection with M&A and restructurings
Ownership- and management assessment applications
Regulatory agreements (outsourcing, distribution agreements, agreements with payment service providers, general T&Cs, suppliers)
Product design
Assistance to foreign clients to establish and develop operations in Sweden (FoS and FoE)
End-to-End implementation of regulatory frameworks: Third party management & outsourcing, AML/TF, DORA, incident management, product approval
Assist in building up the new Financial Regulatory offering (depending on seniority)
Business development and marketing
