Responsibilities

  • Advise the Board and Executive Leadership on complex corporate legal and governance matters, influencing key business decisions and risk management
  • Lead and develop the legal team and company secretary, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with Cromwell’s strategic goals
  • Oversee legal support for major corporate actions, equity raisings, and transactions, ensuring alignment with Cromwell’s business strategy and regulatory obligations
  • Provide expert legal guidance on funds management activities, including compliance with AFSLs, scheme establishment, disclosure documents, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in legal processes, governance frameworks, and risk management practices to support Cromwell’s evolving needs
  • Ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day legal services, including compliance, documentation, and support for business operations across the group
