Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic employment legal advice and commercial solutions on EIP matters, working closely with various teams and collaborating with senior Legal stakeholders. They will lead on a wide range of EIP legal matters, develop policies and guidance for the People team, offer EIP advisory support across the employee lifecycle, and manage contentious legal matters in conjunction with external counsel. Additionally, they will work with the Reward team on compensation arrangements and remuneration policies.
