Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business, and a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in technical learning roles with a focus on instructional design, learning systems, and adult learning implementation. They should also have a proven track record of leading the learning function—or a closely related function—within a consumer-centric organization, with measurable outcomes tied to customer or user experience, and experience using consultative skills to commit projects and conduct needs analysis with clients.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Design Professional will analyze learning needs and partner with subject matter experts to provide input for course content, write effective learning objectives and coordinate performance assessments to measure training effectiveness, ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs, track and analyze the training programs effectiveness by examining learner’s satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement, provide facilitation and effectiveness evaluations as needed, plan, organize, and develop training curriculum, materials, job performance aids and programs to meet specific training needs, and use social media and collaborative tools to facilitate learning.
