Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, with relevant experience in data engineering and architecture
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate level of Spanish
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, including data extraction and integration
  • Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
  • Previous experience in Data Engineering roles (Preferred: Previous experience in the medical devices industry)
  • Willingness to travel 10%

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines integrating ERP (JDE) systems with Clarity BI tools for unified reporting across EEMEA and LATAM
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver structured, report-ready datasets that meet operational and strategic needs
  • Lead the implementation of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring high data quality, proper mapping, cleansing, and transformation logic
  • Act as SME for Clarity pipeline testing and support the LATAM rollout, ensuring alignment with EEMEA standards
  • Troubleshoot data flow issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable, long-term solutions in partnership with IT
  • Automate data ingestion and transformation processes using Azure-native tools to increase efficiency and minimize manual tasks
  • Support application development with tools like Power Apps, improving data collection and process efficiency across business functions
  • Maintain thorough documentation of data structures, lineage, and architecture while ensuring governance and compliance standards are met
