A Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Management, Petroleum Land Management, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with at least five years of progressive Land experience (with at least three in-house) and four years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Candidates also need a high-level understanding of Land and exploration and production issues, plus strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include Permian Basin experience, membership in AAPL, aptitude for strategic thinking, ability to work independently and in a team, effective leadership skills, strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, problem-solving ability, and being a self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
