Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a laboratory technician
  • Extensive experience with pipetting small volumes (down to 10 µl) and multi-channel pipetting with high precision
  • Experience in laboratory operations delivering to internal or external customers and working to tight deadlines (meriting)
  • Experience working in a GxP-regulated laboratory environment
  • Experience working in business systems (ERP)
  • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Engaged, structured, and meticulous personality
  • Ability to translate experiences into practical execution and strong quality awareness
  • Positive team player, solution-oriented, thrives in a varied production environment, and has strong initiative

Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing of Olink components according to manufacturing orders, primarily through dilutions and preparations using manual pipetting and various robotic solutions
  • Manufacturing documentation, including review and reporting in business systems
  • Collaboration with other teams (quality control, process development, R&D)
  • Manufacturing of buffer and bulk solutions as well as small- and large-scale antibody conjugation
  • Handling of materials and raw materials – receiving, certificate management, preparation, sampling, and analyses
  • Mentoring colleagues
  • Contributing to the development of new methods
  • Driving improvement activities in production
  • Acting as subject matter expert for local methods and equipment
