Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent, with a preference for advanced study
  • 10+ years of IT experience as a technical Project Manager
  • Deep project management practice experience & discipline with adherence to process in an agile/rapid development methodology
  • Strong customer focused, team-oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting, trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications
  • Experience presenting to management
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including product upgrades and licensing (helpful, but not required)
  • Proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Prior FinTech experience highly desirable but not necessary
  • Able to clearly present ideas and plans to senior management, business partners, and less technical stakeholders
  • Certifications (preferred)

  • Plan, coordinate and report project status from delivery teams during all project lifecycle phases, particularly in design and development
  • Manage a diversified series of projects
