Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and have over 7 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst in SAP implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments, is required, along with hands-on experience in treasury processes like cash applications, bank reconciliation, and payment processing, as well as banking interfaces. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades, external third-party application integration with SAP, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on process optimization are also necessary. The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities is essential. Experience with SAP FICA and familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They will develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations to support Record to Report (R2R) processes, focusing on accounts payable/receivable, banking, and general ledger. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements in financial close, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and banking; optimizing treasury and banking processes such as bank statement reconciliation, payment processing, direct debits, lockbox, and XML maintenance; ensuring seamless integration of SAP R2R modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems; and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within SAP configurations.
