  • Experience ensuring documentation, processes, and runbooks are updated and followed
  • Leadership in transitioning and onboarding new services or projects into the GitOps environment
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives to expand the Infrastructure as Code footprint

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary business relationship manager between the organization, infrastructure engineering teams, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, performance monitoring, and issue escalation of the technology stack
  • Work closely with the DevSecOps product owner to develop norms and standards for GitOps at Medtronic
  • Manage the CI/CD lifecycle, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting
  • Act as a technical lead for Infrastructure as Code initiatives
  • Drive code lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with code writers and facilitate code review processes
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient workflows to support pipeline and GitOps model
  • Assist with compliance and audits
  • Monitor CI/CD Pipeline
  • Create KPIs for reporting
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance, trends, and service quality
