Requirements

Understanding of the GitOps model and ability to implement solutions for infrastructure creation via code
Experience with code lifecycle management, ensuring up-to-date and secure providers in pipelines
Ability to collaborate with code writers and facilitate code review processes for compliance and change controls
Skills in designing, developing, and implementing efficient workflows for pipelines and GitOps models
Knowledge to assist with compliance, audits, standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Capability to monitor CI/CD pipelines for quality and speedy delivery of infrastructure
Experience creating KPIs for reporting process and group activity effectiveness
Proficiency in providing reports on operational performance, trends, and service quality
Ability to collaborate across infrastructure teams to understand technologies and meet requirements within the tech stack
Skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives via CI/CD standards in a GitOps model
Experience ensuring documentation, processes, and runbooks are updated and followed
Leadership in transitioning and onboarding new services or projects into the GitOps environment
Ability to lead projects and initiatives to expand the Infrastructure as Code footprint

Responsibilities

Act as the primary business relationship manager between the organization, infrastructure engineering teams, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Ensure high-quality service delivery, performance monitoring, and issue escalation of the technology stack
Work closely with the DevSecOps product owner to develop norms and standards for GitOps at Medtronic
Manage the CI/CD lifecycle, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting
Act as a technical lead for Infrastructure as Code initiatives
Drive code lifecycle management
Collaborate with code writers and facilitate code review processes
Design, develop, and implement efficient workflows to support pipeline and GitOps model
Assist with compliance and audits
Monitor CI/CD Pipeline
Create KPIs for reporting
Provide regular reports on operational performance, trends, and service quality
Collaborate across infrastructure teams
