Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 4+ years of information technology experience with at least 3 years in an information security role. They should have knowledge of information security standards, principles, and practices, demonstrated relevant security expertise in implementing, deploying, and supporting secure solutions and services, including Enterprise Data Loss Prevention, CASB solutions, workstation operating systems, Office 365 security capabilities, and Enterprise Device Management capabilities. Furthermore, candidates must have knowledge and experience in national and international privacy laws and regulations, along with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess risk and translate it to business relevant considerations and facts.
As a Senior Information Security Engineer, the individual will be responsible for deployment and support of data loss prevention tools, identifying and implementing opportunities to mature the Data Protection Platform Operations program, coordinating troubleshooting activities with end users, performing Quality Assurance tests on applications, contributing to the development of an annual Security roadmap, supporting management in understanding architectural and operational information risk, participating in projects with significant risk and complexity, staying current on security technologies and trends, and performing other duties as assigned.
