Requirements

  • 13+ years of experience working professionally on relationships within the influencer/content creator space
  • 13+ years of experience working on strategies tied to marketing, social or influencer related programs
  • Strong experience working closely with internal teams across PR, Community, Publishing, Digital Marketing and more to support effective global campaigns
  • Experience working with agencies across various disciplines
  • Intrinsic knowledge and understanding of current and ongoing trends within the content creator space, including the mobile and PC gaming market
  • Familiarity with major content platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Strong communication skills to work closely and effectively with dedicated and influential players
  • Ability to operate quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to advocate for content creators' needs to collaborators at various levels
  • Experience and ability to confidently communicate about Blizzard products with the public
  • Knowledgeable, approachable, focused, and driven toward mutually-beneficial opportunities
  • Strong strategic ability to build out comprehensive plans related to influencer marketing and drive results from campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall strategy behind influencer campaigns and programs for all Diablo titles, including mobile
  • Lead initiatives between influencers and marketing
  • Serve as a key point of contact at Blizzard for content creators, fansites, cosplayers, artists, podcasters, and more
  • Develop, execute, and support influencer marketing strategies for Diablo titles, working closely with global and regional communications, publishing, PR teams, and game development teams
  • Develop global content creator strategy for the Diablo franchise on PC, console, and mobile
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Work with large comprehensive paid campaigns to bolster marketing efforts during key tentpole moments
  • Work with a team of community professionals to champion positive relationships with players and content creators
  • Help build and grow a strong and diverse group of creators across numerous subject areas for the franchise
  • Maintain constant visibility and understanding of new and ongoing trends within the influencer and content creator environment
  • Build out community programs in-tandem with influencer work to benefit larger overall Go-to-Market campaigns
  • Participate in discussions about ongoing priorities
