Responsibilities

  • Leads the end-to-end project management of complex EHR Integrations between customers and iRhythm, overseeing multiple complex EHR projects simultaneously, to ultimately hand off the customer to Customer Care for ongoing support
  • Leads strategic internal & customer engagements, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring stakeholder objectives are met through effective communication and facilitation
  • Drives strategic ownership of the EHR integration between the customer and iRhythm, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, proactive risk mitigation, and delivery of measurable outcomes to support enterprise goals
  • Applies advanced technical interface expertise to architect, test, and validate EHR integrations that seamlessly embed into customer workflows and operations
  • Cultivates and sustains high-impact relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and customers, fostering strategic alignment, trust, and collaboration that drive long-term business outcomes
  • Collaborates with senior leaders internally and externally to define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Provides enterprise-level leadership for integration initiatives across complex business units and high-impact customers, championing innovation and driving strategic alignment through innovative channels such as tech-enabled primary care and Epic Aura
  • Champions Digital Solutions strategy across internal initiatives beyond customer-facing projects, including Commercial Market Development, Sleep, Lucem, and others, ensuring enterprise alignment, innovation acceleration, and seamless cross-functional execution
  • Develops, implements, and tracks KPIs, goals, and success metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of the iRhythm Zio Service across health systems
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives, developing new processes, playbooks, and metrics to improve scalability and quality of implementation delivery
  • Mentors and guides junior project managers and cross-functional contributors, promoting project management best practices and technical expertise
