Responsibilities

  • Daily administration and continual improvement of Okta systems
  • Review, approve, and deploy changes to Okta infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps
  • Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM for new application deployments
  • Lead the implementation of Okta Identity Governance
  • Build custom SCIM-like solutions using platform APIs, Okta Workflows, and Workato
  • Act as a point of escalation for the IT Services team to support their daily operations within Okta
  • Develop an automated system for user access reviews to satisfy industry compliance requirements
