Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS/BA in a scientific field with 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience. Proven project management skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure are essential. Experience managing medical writing or clinical projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry, is required. Knowledge of global and regional regulatory guidelines is also necessary. Occasional domestic and rare international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Senior ICF Medical Writing Project Manager will lead initiatives to develop and deliver high-quality, compliant Informed Consent Forms and other critical documents. This role involves developing project timelines, standards, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, and monitoring timelines while providing status updates. The position also requires identifying and resolving client management issues and ensuring adherence to quality processes.
