ICF Medical Writing Project Manager

Position Overview

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are seeking an experienced ICF Medical Writing Project Manager to join our growing Medical Writing team. This role is crucial in leading ambitious initiatives that shape the future of clinical research by ensuring the delivery of flawless Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and other critical documents with outstanding quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, standards, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.
• Monitor timelines and provide status updates.
• Identify and resolve client management issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality processes.

Requirements

Education

• BS/BA in a scientific field with 5 years of experience, OR
• An advanced degree with 3 years of experience.

Experience

• Proven project management skills.
• Experience managing medical writing or clinical projects.
• Pharmaceutical/CRO industry experience preferred.
• Experience in regulatory and/or plain language medical writing is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Solid project management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
