Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in India supporting Technology teams
  • Experience working for a global technology company and startups
  • Having experience in SaaS companies is an added advantage
  • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change
  • Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment
  • Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong and influential business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Represent the global HR function, providing full-service HR business partner consulting support to the Global Customer Success group
  • Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with the leadership team and employees across the organization
  • Coach and counsel leaders and managers, providing tools and guidance that enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including overtime, shift pay, and other tasks for a global team working in shifts
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related policies, such as leave entitlements and working hours, overtime laws globally
  • Play a key role in managing organizational change initiatives such as team growth, including communicating changes, addressing employee concerns, and supporting managers
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to India and other global countries to ensure HR practices mitigate legal risks
  • Work closely with the Talent Management team to support talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, hiring, operational improvements, and employee development planning
  • In partnership with the Talent Attraction team, drive the talent attraction strategy to increase brand awareness, hire top talent, and cultivate external partnerships
  • Lead all HR programs for client groups, including talent reviews, succession, coaching and development, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance
  • Participate in key corporate HR initiatives, including enhancing talent management practices, leadership development, employment branding, and talent KPIs
