Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of four years of experience providing in-depth support and deployment services, specifically solving problems related to hardware and software products is required. Knowledge and experience with AI Factory / HPC, including Linux System Administration, process management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimization are necessary. Familiarity with cluster management technologies and scripting proficiency are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior AI/HPC Engineer will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers. They will serve as the domain expert during planning calls through implementation, creating handover-related documentation and performing knowledge transfers to support customers. This role involves providing feedback to internal teams, opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements. The engineer will also interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale AI/HPC projects, encompassing networking, system design, and automation, while acting as the face to the customer.
