Requirements

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in hardware development, including high-speed multilayer PCBs
Strong networking experience, particularly with NICs and familiarity with Ethernet protocols
Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects
Proven problem-solving skills
High proficiency in English communication and presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers

Responsibilities

Support the integration of our latest Network Interface Cards (NICs) with major cloud providers
Assist with the deployment of new supercomputer technologies and data centers
Build and maintain customer trust by understanding and addressing their needs
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop and refine features based on customer requirements
Lead efforts to resolve complex and high-profile customer issues
Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements
