Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware development, including high-speed multilayer PCBs
  • Strong networking experience, particularly with NICs and familiarity with Ethernet protocols
  • Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in English communication and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of our latest Network Interface Cards (NICs) with major cloud providers
  • Assist with the deployment of new supercomputer technologies and data centers
  • Build and maintain customer trust by understanding and addressing their needs
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop and refine features based on customer requirements
  • Lead efforts to resolve complex and high-profile customer issues
  • Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements
