Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Over 3 years of experience in the gaming or related industries
Familiarity and passion for “Sky: Children of the Light”, with a willingness to innovate and take on diverse challenges
Strong aesthetic sense and foundational skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory
Creative planning and proposal skills
Passion for gaming and ACG culture, with extensive gaming experience and mature skills in designing various visual elements
Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, with the ability to optimize and adjust designs based on requirements

Responsibilities

Develop creative visual content for marketing activities related to their games (graphics, H5, websites, etc.)
Collaborate with product versions and major milestones to produce localized media materials and community art assets
Independently design main visuals for games, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage project requirements and task distribution effectively
Build and manage a database of art outsourcing vendors and establish guidelines
Handle design tasks for the company, all their games, and all sub-projects
Define and maintain the visual style of the game brand, creating effective visual design guidelines
