  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills within matrixed environments

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the local government affairs strategy, aligned with regional and corporate objectives
  • Identify and help address policy barriers related to innovation adoption, digital health integration, and reimbursement
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with ministries of health, reimbursement authorities, regulatory bodies, and health committees
  • Engage with patient organisations, professional associations, and industry groups to align on shared advocacy goals
  • Track emerging legislative, regulatory, and policy trends affecting diabetes and the MedTech sector
  • Support issue management and help coordinate internal alignment across functions (Market Access, Clinical, Regulatory, and Communications)
  • Support the preparation of executive-level briefings and materials for government engagement
