Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and implementation of the local government affairs strategy, aligned with regional and corporate objectives
Identify and help address policy barriers related to innovation adoption, digital health integration, and reimbursement
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with ministries of health, reimbursement authorities, regulatory bodies, and health committees
Engage with patient organisations, professional associations, and industry groups to align on shared advocacy goals
Track emerging legislative, regulatory, and policy trends affecting diabetes and the MedTech sector
Support issue management and help coordinate internal alignment across functions (Market Access, Clinical, Regulatory, and Communications)
Support the preparation of executive-level briefings and materials for government engagement
