  • Expertise in providing support to global sales & marketing teams via training, regional customer programs, and key account visits
  • Ability to represent the ‘voice of the customer’ and drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis for insights and decision-making
  • Skills in developing and executing plans for conferences, seminars, and webinars
  • Capability to provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations
  • Coaching and mentoring skills for product managers

Responsibilities

  • Build out the team responsible for global marketing for CathWorks and additional digital transformation business offerings
  • Lead the development of short and long-term strategic marketing plans integrating commercial strategy, product promotion, internal training, evidence strategy, and medical education
  • Lead teams to achieve ambitious goals that meet business goals and ensure successful response from customers
  • Work closely with regional marketing peers to drive geography expansion and commercial performance, account targeting and segmentation, communications, training, pricing, forecasting, and evidence dissemination globally
  • Develop unique positioning and messaging for FFRangio, clinical data releases, and combining FFRangio with the rest of the Coronary portfolio
  • Monitor competitive product launches, clinical data releases, and trends; prepare response plans and drive regional execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders; actively lead physician discussions related to the coronary product portfolio at regional programs, key account visits, and international conferences; incorporate their input into marketing plans
  • Provide expert support to global sales & marketing teams via training, regional customer programs, and key account visits
  • Represent the ‘voice of the customer’ and drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide insights and decision-making
  • Develop and execute impactful plans for conferences, seminars, and webinars that enhance relationships, provide educational value, and promote product benefits
  • Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations regarding marketing initiatives
  • Coach and mentor product managers to boost team performance
