Responsibilities

  • Own your work end-to-end: from implementation planning to debugging and iteration
  • Balance clean, scalable code with smart delivery decisions—know when not to over-engineer
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities in the codebase or gameplay experience
  • Be part of a collaborative, no-ego team that values open feedback and shared success
  • Take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin
