Responsibilities

Own and drive full-cycle hiring for Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other G&A functions
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities
Create candidate experiences that model best-in-class recruiting and reflect TRM’s culture and values at every touchpoint
Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to find and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets
Act as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring advisor, helping define what “great” looks like for each G&A role
Build proactive pipelines to ensure TRM can scale quickly in response to new priorities and increased capacity
