Responsibilities

Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to the business
Set direction for critical technical surface areas to enable scaling with rapid growth
Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
Work with talented engineers to make significant impact on the customer base, helping them improve security and prove it
Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as the company grows
Lead and mentor engineers, delivering high-value products and scalable infrastructure
