Responsibilities

Build and enhance scalable Python and Golang services to power the member-facing mobile app
Contribute to building Viv, a multi-surface AI guide
Partner with product management, design, analysts, and non-technical stakeholders to come up with high-impact features
Contribute to the growth of the engineering team by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and helping introduce standardizations and processes
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics to put an experiment in members' hands
Give feedback and share insights to refine the team's workflow, tooling, and operating procedures
Meet the team, stakeholders, and understand the company mission, values, and context
Setup the standard developer environment and get familiar with the tools and processes used
Collaborate with the team to give feedback and share insights
Implement standardizations and processes to improve technical quality
Experiment with AI tools to build consumer-facing products and accelerate development workflows
