Responsibilities

Embed with enterprise customers (Am Law firms, in-house teams, professional services) to map workflows, de-risk constraints, and define success metrics for custom builds
Design, prototype, and productionize custom workflows: customize knowledge sources/retrieval pipelines, tool use/agents, prompts, guardrails; harden for reliability, observability, scale
Integrate workflows with client systems (DMS, KM, ticketing, identity/SSO) and data sources; build secure connectors to Harvey platform
Build and maintain evals & harnesses to capture real-world quality per client, wiring into iteration loops and model choices
Operationalize adoption: run training, write runbooks, create hand-off playbooks to customer champions and Harvey product/eng for scaling
Surface field patterns (recurring prompts, tools, workflows, failure modes) to inform platform capabilities and product roadmap
Move quickly from prototype to deployment, surface patterns from field to feed into platform/product
