Requirements

8+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in complex IT projects/initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field
Strong Dot Net with Java, Spring Boot and Cloud experience
Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications with expertise in debugging complex Dot Net monolithic applications and making enhancements
Experience in Jenkins and CICD pipeline
Quick learner and willing to take initiative
Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
Proven hands-on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting team and identifying/removing impediments
Collaborative approach to problem solving and ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints
Ability to organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop solutions and overall strategies that address complex business needs and opportunities
Gather business/system requirements, analyze, and document the same
Accountable for successful delivery of robust and high performing software solution features and functions, including design, development, quality assurance and production release
Serve as a leader and mentor to other technologists within the organization
