Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading medium to large projects, including problem architecture and task breakdown, is essential. The ability to accurately communicate expectations with stakeholders and champion best practices is also required.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work across the stack, supporting complex initiatives in both the front and backend based on team needs. They will plan complex projects with stakeholders, guide execution and delivery, and own team quality practices, pushing for improvements. Responsibilities include mentoring other team members, gaining a deep understanding of client, provider, and insurance partner operations, and designing, developing, and implementing maintainable and scalable product features using modern web technologies such as React, Typescript, Python, Django, and MySQL. The role involves developing internal and provider-facing tools related to insurance eligibility and operational efficiency, collaborating with managers, PMs, and designers to build solutions, and ensuring applications and services meet standards for performance, scalability, and security.
