Requirements

Candidates should have 4-7 years of engineering experience with a proven history of working across the stack and building products at scale. Extensive experience with web technologies and one or more common web frameworks is required, along with an understanding of accessibility, security compliance, and observability/monitoring best practices. Proficiency with code versioning tools like Git is also necessary. Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading medium to large projects, including problem architecture and task breakdown, is essential. Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work across the stack, supporting complex initiatives in both the front and backend based on team needs. They will plan complex projects with stakeholders, guide execution and delivery, and own team quality practices, pushing for improvements. Responsibilities include mentoring other team members, gaining a deep understanding of client, provider, and insurance partner operations, and designing, developing, and implementing maintainable and scalable product features using modern web technologies such as React, Typescript, Python, Django, and MySQL. The role involves developing internal and provider-facing tools related to insurance eligibility and operational efficiency, collaborating with managers, PMs, and designers to build solutions, and ensuring applications and services meet standards for performance, scalability, and security.
