Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in full stack roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience as a hands-on coder, capable of building the founding codebase and setting technical direction
  • Willingness to learn new, on-the-job technologies and skillsets
  • Experience in front-end technologies including Typescript, JavaScript, React, Next.JS
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Proven experience in building and managing sites with Webflow and WordPress

  • Ability to implement animations and large graphics in a performant, responsive manner
  • Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and set technical direction for early-stage startups
  • Build rapid prototypes and demos for customer and venture market feedback
  • Design and implement robust application frontends and services to process and navigate complex data
  • Engage with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and translate them into UI/UX implementations
  • Design, develop, and maintain websites for incubation companies using Webflow and WordPress
  • Create responsive, mobile-friendly UX and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Dedicate up to 25% time to web development efforts for Red Cell Partners’ and incubation companies’ digital presence
