Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in full stack roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience as a hands-on coder, capable of building the founding codebase and setting technical direction
Willingness to learn new, on-the-job technologies and skillsets
Experience in front-end technologies including Typescript, JavaScript, React, Next.JS
Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
Proven experience in building and managing sites with Webflow and WordPress
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards
Ability to implement animations and large graphics in a performant, responsive manner
Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and set technical direction for early-stage startups
Build rapid prototypes and demos for customer and venture market feedback
Design and implement robust application frontends and services to process and navigate complex data
Engage with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and translate them into UI/UX implementations
Design, develop, and maintain websites for incubation companies using Webflow and WordPress
Create responsive, mobile-friendly UX and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Dedicate up to 25% time to web development efforts for Red Cell Partners’ and incubation companies’ digital presence
