Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in full stack roles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience as a hands-on coder, capable of building the founding codebase and setting technical direction
Willingness to learn new, on-the-job technologies and skillsets to ensure successful outcomes for our startup companies
Experience in front-end technologies including frameworks and libraries such as Typescript, JavaScript, React, Next.JS with an understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. Proven capability in developing responsive, scalable frontends and APIs
Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with database design and optimization
Proven experience in building and managing sites with Webflow and WordPress. Skilled with Webflow’s Designer, CMS, and interactions
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards
Ability to implement animations and large graphics in a performant, responsive manner, ensuring smooth user experiences across devices and browsers
Knowledge of best practices for security and compliance with the ability to implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, develop/shape the founding codebase, and set technical direction for our early-stage startups
Build rapid prototypes and demos that can be brought to the customer and ventures markets for feedback
Design and implement robust application frontends and services to process and navigate complex data using the latest technologies
Engage with product managers, designers, and software engineers to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX implementations
Design, develop, and maintain websites for our incubation companies using Webflow and WordPress
Create responsive, mobile-friendly UX and ensure cross-browser compatibility
