Requirements

Experience building integrated, frontend applications with React and TypeScript, following modern patterns and best practices
Motivated self-starter with a bias towards action and customer focus, with a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: able to take on complex challenges, break them down to achieve short feedback loops, analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication skills for working in a fully remote squad setup
Independent attitude, good communication skills, and transparency (due to remote-first environment)

Responsibilities

Working with your team to deliver new features, measuring the impact of your work, and using the results to iterate and improve
Leading and managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial ideation and planning, through development and execution, to final delivery
Collaborating with product management and UX design functions to create a great user experience
Interacting directly with customers to collect feedback and understand their needs, then advocating for customers at every stage of the development lifecycle
Contributing actively to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration, psychological safety, and mutual respect
