Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development and fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Expertise with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Next.js is required, along with strong experience in building highly-performant and scalable web applications. A strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approaches, UX, and interaction design is essential. Experience with Design Systems and building accessible products is a plus. Candidates should possess a proactive, can-do attitude with a creative approach to problem solving and be comfortable in a client-facing consulting role.

Responsibilities

The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for creating and delivering beautiful user experiences by building and iterating on software from design to launch. This includes clarifying requirements and UI design in partnership with Product and Design teams, collaborating closely with designers on UX polish and interaction quality, and breaking down goals into achievable tasks while following sprint timelines. Responsibilities also include proactively communicating progress and challenges, learning fast, working independently, and reliably. Engineers will follow best practices in frontend development, including efficient component architecture, responsive design patterns, state management, unit/integration testing, and optimizing for performance and accessibility. They will also implement meaningful motion and microinteractions to enhance usability.
