Requirements

Experience leading end-to-end audit processes across global entities, working with external auditors for timely and compliant completion
Expertise in managing group consolidation across multiple countries (24+), including intercompany eliminations, equity movements, and accounting standards
Ability to coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data for audit and reporting
Knowledge of implementing and maintaining IFRS compliance, including IFRS 2 (Share-based Payments), business combinations, and revenue recognition
Strong collaboration skills with FP&A and accounting teams

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end audit process across global entities, working closely with external auditors to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant completion
Manage group consolidation across 24+ countries, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and consistency of intercompany eliminations, equity movements, and accounting standards
Coordinate with local finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data required for audit and reporting cycles
Implement and maintain IFRS compliance, including complex areas such as IFRS 2 (Share-based Payments), business combinations, and revenue recognition
Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure financial integrity
Handle forecasting, long-term financial planning, operational and financial reporting, financial controlling, and analysis for all levels of the organization
