Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models to accurately forecast future performance
Analyze key financial drivers and variances to budget and forecast
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and goals
Prepare budget presentations and reports for senior management
Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
Prepare and distribute financial reports to key stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
Analyze financial results and communicate key insights to management
Create and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and identify areas for improvement
Provide financial support and guidance to business units
Partner with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Continuously monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices and processes
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on ad hoc projects
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on ad hoc projects
