Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably with a focus on building and launching production software
  • Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks
  • Proficient with AWS and Azure cloud services, with experience in setting up and deploying AI/ML tools and services
  • Experience in automating and scaling AI/ML pipelines, including developing reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and governance checks
  • Strong understanding of AI-first experimentation mindset, with experience in building proof points in days and iterating on feedback
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, start-up-like environment, with experience in operating at speed and adapting to evolving AI trends
  • Familiarity with UX/UI and rapid prototyping skills, with experience in designing and building full-stack applications and microservices
  • Experience in capturing field-proven use cases and funneling them back to Product & Engineering to fuel the Firefly roadmap
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in partnering with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements/use cases and facilitate technical workshops
  • Experience in prototype rapidly, applying an AI-first experimentation mindset and building proof points in days to drive quick wins

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements/use cases, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create specific GenAI solutions
  • Prototype Rapidly: Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset, build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and drive quick wins
  • Engineer End-to-End: Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices, integrating Firefly APIs, Common Extensibility Platform, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, headless CMS architectures, and UX/UI Designs
  • Bridge to Product: Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product & Engineering to fuel the Firefly roadmap
  • Automate & Scale: Develop reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and governance checks to ensure consistent, repeatable delivery
  • Operate at Speed: Thrive in a constantly evolving, start-up-like environment, owning delivery sprints, tackling challenges on-site/remotely, and adapting to evolving AI trends
  • Share & Elevate: Document your playbooks, prompts, and patterns in our internal knowledge base, helping the whole organization move faster
