Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates should have strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with financial systems like Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), EPM, SAP, and PowerBI are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance will provide business partnership to the General Manager and Marketing leadership, serving as a key financial advisor and value-added business partner to drive sales growth and safeguard profitability. They will develop analytics for product and segment sales growth and margin improvement, manage product line management in partnership with division marketing, and provide financial support and analysis during the development and launch of new product innovations. Additionally, the role will drive strategic business projects such as strategic business reviews, capital planning, M&A, and investor relations, and provide marketing team support on financial, external, and market insights.
